Hello from Crystal Chandelier Services

We’re a family business,
and we love what we do.

We’ve been looking after chandeliers for over 15 years, and we still love seeing the difference a new chandelier, a careful clean or restoration can make. As a family business, our name is tied to the work we do, so we take it personally.

We clean, restore, repair and install chandeliers of all shapes and sizes, from a much-loved fitting in a private home to chandeliers in offices, hotels, restaurants, theatres and other venues across the UK.

You’ll get a personal, one-to-one service from the first conversation through to the finished job. We take our time with the individual pieces, giving each chandelier the attention it needs, whether it needs a careful clean, a repair, a more involved restoration or help getting it into place.

Alongside one-off cleaning, restoration, repairs and installations, we also offer annual cleaning contracts. We have expert scaffolders and qualified electricians, and our craftsmen use the right tools for each job.

We’re fully insured. When we clean or restore a chandelier, we take it apart to work through the individual pieces, and every chandelier is weight tested for safety and security.

Meet the family behind the business

Steve and his two sons.

I’m Steve, and I run Crystal Chandelier Services with my two sons, Zac and Rhys. Together, we clean, restore, repair and install chandeliers in homes and businesses across the UK.

You’ll see the three of us at work in the photos around this site. We clean by hand and take our time with the individual pieces, whether we’re looking after a small fitting or a chandelier that fills a stairwell.

If you’re not sure what your chandelier needs, give us a call. We’re happy to hear what you’ve got in mind and talk you through how we can help.

01 / Cleaning

Chandelier cleaning

We clean by hand, working through the individual pieces rather than spraying the chandelier. It takes time, but it lets us give the crystal a proper clean.

Restoration & repairs

If something is broken, missing or no longer looks right, send us a few photographs. We’ll have a look and talk about what may be possible before suggesting any work.

Getting started

A chat is a good place to start.

  1. Tell us about your chandelier

A photograph and your location are useful. Tell us what you’d like done, even if you’re not sure what to call it.

  2. We’ll ask a few questions

We’ll want to know roughly how big it is, how high it hangs and whether anything is damaged. That helps us work out what’s involved.

  3. We’ll talk you through the work

Before anything is booked, we’ll discuss what we propose to do and how we’d go about it.

You might be wondering

A few questions we can help with.

Do you work across the UK?

Yes, we work across the UK. Let us know where you are when you get in touch so we can discuss the arrangements.

How much does chandelier cleaning cost?

We’ll need to see what’s involved before giving you a price. A photograph, rough dimensions and ceiling height are a useful starting point. The number of pieces and how we can reach them make a difference too.

Can you help with a damaged chandelier?

Get in touch and show us the problem if you can. We’ll need to look at the chandelier before we can say what can be repaired or restored.
